Earlier versions of Google earth on desktop will no longer work as they will not connect to Google's servers. In October 2020, per the Google support policies, Google Earth Pro version 7.1.8 or later will be required. In order to synchronize Google Earth with the Bentley Power Platform to capture images, you will need to downgrade the Google earth program. It is possible that an upgrade to Google Earth Pro has occurred (either manually or via an auto-update) and it has been upgraded to the 64-bit version of the Google Earth software. OpenRoads Designer (also to include MicroStation CONNECT and older V8i Power products) are only certified to work with Google Earth Pro 32-bit versions. No image is captured and there is no information brought into the DGN from Google earth. When trying to synchronize Google Earth and capture Google Earth Image with OpenRoads Designer, nothing happens.
